1 General Terms & Conditions

Monopolylive (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") operates an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the monopolylive website and mobile application.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using monopolylive. 2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

• Monopolylive reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold if fraud is suspected, and may request additional documentation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (e.g., 30x), meaning you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before making a withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same IP address or device.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Monopolylive reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Separate terms may apply to VIP program bonuses.

6 Gaming Rules

Monopolylive offers a wide variety of games — including lottery, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and much more. Each game has its own rules, but the following general principles apply across all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is independently verified.
• Monopolylive is not liable for disconnections during gameplay, but we will always endeavour to protect the interests of our users.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Any winnings resulting from a game software error or bug are void and will not be paid out.
• If match conditions change after a bet has been placed on Sports Betting, the bet will be settled in accordance with monopolylive's policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on monopolylive. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of account balance:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or identities.
• Fraud: Registering or verifying an account using false documents or information.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process illegal funds.

• Hacking or Automation: Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Collusion: Attempting to collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Monopolylive reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Abusive behavior toward other users or staff.

Users may close their account at any time. Any valid balance remaining will be returned through a verified method, unless a forfeiture decision has been made due to a breach of terms.
